This foil is different than any other foil as it's more like an ink transfer. It's on a transparent carrier sheet but does not transfer like other transparent foils, as they are more like a film that transfers all the pattern and clear areas.
Serenity DOES transfer the clear areas, BUT IT DOES NOT OVER-RELEASE LIKE THE OTHER TRANSPARENT FOILS.
I recommend that this foil is used on a well-prepped surface as it sticks really well to the foil adhesive.
When the pattern transfers to the surface there SEEMS TO BE STILL A LIGHT TACK IN THE OPEN AREAS - LIKE IT IS A SUPER THIN TRANSFER, which a topcoat will seal.
not tested for fabric friendly or not and should know by next week with some testing.

It's absolutely stunning and looks great over light colors, holding it over black the pattern got lost so assuming any dark color will take away from the design.
