Pentart Glass Etching Paste - 50ml

Solvent-based, creamy paste for etching glass surfaces. Stir the paste well, then apply it to the degreased glass surface with a brush, sponge brush or plastic palette knife. Let it react for 15 minutes, then rinse off with water. Can be applied in stencils.

Apply to the surface, let it react for at least 15 minutes, then rinse off with water. Creates a matt, smooth layer on the glass, which can be painted or decorated further. Glass etching is a result of a chemical reaction, it cannot be reversed.

How to use

Clean the glass surface with water or alcohol. Do not use glass cleaning spray. Before working with the Glass Etching Paste put on the enclosed gloves and stir the paste thoroughly. Apply the paste to the surface in an even layer with a brush, sponge or a plastic spatula. Perfect for stencilling techniques, choose either self-adhesive stencils or apply a repositionable spray glue at the back of the stencil.  Leave the paste on the surface for at least 15 minutes to react and then rinse off with water. Remove the stencil after rinsing off the paste. Wash all tools used immediately!

Be aware that glass etching is a result of chemical reaction, it cannot be removed from the glass anymore.

Use rubber gloves to avoid skin irritation and read the instructions carefully!
